Delete your Drively account
You can delete your account and all your trip data at any time.
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open Drively and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and your data is erased within 72 hours.
No access to the app? Ask us here
Enter the email address or phone number you sign in with. We will contact you there to confirm it is your account before we delete anything.

Your reference is . Keep it for your records. We will contact you to confirm your identity, then delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and devices
- All trips, raw sensor files, scores and score history
- Privacy zones, settings and fleet memberships
What is kept, and for how long
- A record that you gave and withdrew consent, without your name or account id, for 3 years (legal requirement).
- Database backups expire within 35 days.
